  • Frisee Endive - slightly bitter green that can be used in salads, soups, or sauteed!

  • Sunflower Microgreens - Grown in organic soil from Purple Cow. These are not washed in order to keep the freshness/shelf life, rinse before using!

  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats from Hazzard Free Farm - Store these in the fridge or freezer, they are raw and very fresh! Great for overnight oats :)

  • Green Garlic - Fresh, not matured, store in the fridge. This young garlic has a slightly less intense flavor than cured garlic but use in the same way!

  • Garlic Scapes - Grill, make a pesto, sautee, make a garlic scape BUTTER! Endless options

  • Spring Onions - red & yellow lil baby onions just starting out for the season. Grill em up!

  • Garlic Scapes - Make pesto, eat raw in salads, sautee or grill!

  • Green Garlic - Gary’s coveted garlic in its youngest stage! More a of a mellow garlic flavor. Use as you would mature garlic, but store in the fridge of course!

  • Daikon Radish Microgreens - these have not been washed in order to keep a longer shelf life. They have been grown in Organic soil from Purple Cow. Rinse upon using!

  • Italian Butterhead Lettuce

  • Lovage - A perennial herb with a flavor similar to celery and parsley. Use leaves in salads for extra flavor or in soups to add flavor. A little bit can go a long way! Here are some more facts & recipes for ideas: https://foragerchef.com/lovage/
