Sunflower Microgreens - Grown in organic soil from Purple Cow. These are not washed in order to keep the freshness/shelf life, rinse before using!
Old Fashioned Rolled Oats from Hazzard Free Farm - Store these in the fridge or freezer, they are raw and very fresh! Great for overnight oats :)
Green Garlic - Fresh, not matured, store in the fridge. This young garlic has a slightly less intense flavor than cured garlic but use in the same way!
Garlic Scapes - Grill, make a pesto, sautee, make a garlic scape BUTTER! Endless options
Spring Onions - red & yellow lil baby onions just starting out for the season. Grill em up!

Garlic Scapes - Make pesto, eat raw in salads, sautee or grill!
Green Garlic - Gary’s coveted garlic in its youngest stage! More a of a mellow garlic flavor. Use as you would mature garlic, but store in the fridge of course!
Daikon Radish Microgreens - these have not been washed in order to keep a longer shelf life. They have been grown in Organic soil from Purple Cow. Rinse upon using!
Italian Butterhead Lettuce
