Celery - Small, fibrous, but very flavorful!! This is the perfect add to a soup or saute base
Pattypan Squash - more mature squash invite you to scoop out the seeds/center and bake with something inside - meat, rice, cheese… Farmer Katie roasted one up last night and said “why haven’t I been eating more of this?”
