  • Pattypan Squash - These a a lil mature so we suggest roasting them up. Perhaps with the apples & sage OR combining it with San Marzano tomato sauce!

  • Pepper Medley - A mix of our peppers: Jalapeno (hot), Lunchbox, Cornito, Sweet Banana, and Poblano. *Reference our pic on the left to know which is which!*
