  • Beets: ‘tis the season the beets.

  • Zucchini Mix: Dunja, Goldmine, & Pantheon * We’ve left the monsters at your pick-up site to make bread. Take for free or leave us a harvesting donation!

  • Cucumbers: Chicago Pickling & Marketmore

  • Covina Broccoli

  • Beans: Yellow, Green, & a sprinkling of Purple!

  • Preludio Fennel + Fronds: mix chopped fennel fronds into pestos, salsas, stocks, curries, and vinaigrettes

  • Herb and Edible flower Mix: Thyme, Basil (Purple, Genovese, & Thai), Chives, Nasturtium (flowers & leaves), Marigold

  • Red Leaf: The end of the lettuce season!

  • Pac Choi: great grilled or sauteed.

  • Beets: Beautiful multicolor babes. Eat those tops!

  • Edible Flower Bouquet: A mix of calendula, bachelor buttons and dill!

  • Young Onions: we love them charred on the grill, but these are honestly so sweet raw, we eat them as we pick. Seriously.

  • Swiss Chard: the best of the best summer greens. They’re still young so enjoy them fresh.

  • Summer Squash: teeny weenie summer zucchini. Soon their size will become egregious.

    One note for our egg customers: Timberfeast’s hens are still growing up and their laying capacity is therefore still also picking up speed. In the meantime, enjoy some delicious eggs from Michael & Courtney at 3 Brothers Farm. Beautiful people raising pasture eggs, wool, and perennial pasture land in the Midwest.

  • Garlic Scapes!: From our friend Sheri @Tiny Tempest Farm! Make into pesto!

  • Beets: Beautiful multicolor babes. Eat those tops!

  • Radish: wow, we know they are teeny but we have babied these babies. Apparently they’re not as easy as you think to grow, and the pests LOVE THEM, so cherish this spicy snack.

  • Dill: sexy

    *a word about emmenagogues: these plants can disrupt the reproductive cycle, and so if pregnant or anticipating pregnancy we do not recommend steeping into tea during this time.
