Red & Green Romaine: getting close to the end of these crunchy queens. Cherish it.
Garlic Scapes!: From our friend Sheri @Tiny Tempest Farm! Make into pesto!
Beets: Beautiful multicolor babes. Eat those tops!
Radish: wow, we know they are teeny but we have babied these babies. Apparently they’re not as easy as you think to grow, and the pests LOVE THEM, so cherish this spicy snack.
Dill: sexy
Sage: sexier
Edible Flowers: A mix of calendula, marigold, bachelor buttons, nasturtium, pansy.
Young Onions: we love them charred on the grill, but these are honestly so sweet raw, we eat them as we pick. Seriously.
Swiss Chard: the best of the best summer greens. They’re still young so enjoy them fresh.
One note for our egg customers: Timberfeast’s hens are still growing up and their laying capacity is therefore still also picking up speed. In the meantime, enjoy some delicious eggs from Michael & Courtney at 3 Brothers Farm. Beautiful people raising pasture eggs, wool, and perennial pasture land in the Midwest.
