New Potatoes (Red&White): They are called “new” because they are harvested before the plant has fully matured/died. They have a thinner skin and a shorter shelf life but just as tasty! We left them unwashed to not disturb the skin, so just give them a rinse before preparing.

Fennel (w/the fronds): You can use the fronds like you would an herb. Garnish salads, add to pestos and vinaigrettes, pickle with the stalks! There are endless ways to use up this flavorful veg! Here's a link to some recipes!
