• Red or Green Romaine Heads: Indulge by basting in butter and kissing to the grill.

• Beets, baby! : Don’t neglect the tops, they are just as tasty and nutritious as their underground partner. Sauté or eat fresh!

• Wild Chamomile, also known as Pineapple weed: Steep fresh or dry flower buds for later use.

One note for our egg customers: Timberfeast’s hens are still growing up and their laying capacity is therefore still also picking up speed. In the meantime, enjoy some delicious eggs from Michael & Courtney at 3 Brothers Farm. Beautiful people raising pasture eggs, wool, and perennial pasture land in the Midwest.
