  • Mixed Loose Lettuce + Spinach

  • Lambs Quarter: Often looked over in N. America, recent studies show that seeds were stored and used by the American Blackfoot Indians. Eats like spinach (raw, cooked, etc!)

  • Gary’s Green Garlic

  • Walking Onions

  • Cilantro from David’s Garden!

  • Wild Chamomile, also known as Pineapple weed: Steep fresh or dry flower buds for later use.

  • Hazzard Free Farm: Rolled Oats! Andrea Hazzard has been growing organic grains on her family farm (established in 1847!) in Pecatonica since 2007. These oats are grown and milled on her farm, keeping the cycle of farming close to home, where it belongs. Besides growing some of the tastiest and prettiest grains, she is an all around bad ass farmer, community and earth advocate. Christine mentored with Andy way back in 2015 and looks up to Andy as a bright light in the wild farming landscape of the Midwest. This item is raw and should be stored in the freezer

  • Golden Gills: LION’S MANE+ BLUE OYSTER! from our neighbors in Wauconda, IL. They speak to our heart as they source their growing medium for mushrooms is spent coffee grounds! Their ‘Cups to Crops’ also pledges a portion of proceeds to get local produce into neighborhoods experiencing food apartheid, all while creating a circular economy. We are so pleased to share their tasty shrooms with you, and you may see Golden Gills return throughout the season:)

One note for our egg customers: Timberfeast’s hens are still growing up and their laying capacity is therefore still also picking up speed. In the meantime, enjoy some delicious eggs from Michael & Courtney at 3 Brothers Farm. Beautiful people raising pasture eggs, wool, and perennial pasture land in the Midwest.
